When you use the Green Flow application, we collect basic account information such as your email address, along with the garden, plant, and Feng Shui data you choose to log, including photos of your plants and beds.
With your permission, Green Flow accesses your location to provide accurate local weather data for your garden and Feng Shui recommendations. This data is used solely to power in-app features and is not sold or used for advertising.
If you choose to connect Green Flow to your Home Assistant instance, the app reads soil moisture sensor data and can control irrigation devices you explicitly authorize. This connection is optional and fully controlled by you.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as weather data providers and our backend host) only as necessary to provide our services.
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate an account deletion, please send an email to support@digital-app-consulting.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days.
