Terms of Service for Mystical Flow

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Mystical Flow app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Nature of Service

Mystical Flow provides mindfulness content. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Accounts

To save your progress, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

4. Subscription and Billing

Premium meditation tracks may require a subscription. Fees are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time before the renewal cycle.

Account Termination and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time. For permanent account and data deletion, as required by Apple and Google Store policies, you must send a deletion request to support@digital-app-consulting.com. Upon request, all your active services will be cancelled and data removed.
