When you use the Psychosomatics application, we collect the journal entries you create, including physical sensations, emotions, and notes you choose to log, along with basic account information such as your email address.
With your permission, Psychosomatics can read your sleep, step, and heart rate data from Apple Health to help you spot patterns between your body and your symptoms. This access is optional and read-only — the app never writes or modifies your Health data.
Your journal entries and Health data (if enabled) are used solely to detect patterns between physical sensations, emotions, and daily life, and to power the app's body map, insights, and reflection features.
We do not sell your personal data. Your journal and health information are never shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers (such as our backend host) solely to operate the service.
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate an account deletion, please send an email to support@digital-app-consulting.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days.
