Terms of Service for Samadhi

Effective Date: August 1, 2026


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Samadhi application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


2. Service Description

Samadhi is an educational and wellbeing application offering a library of meditation, contemplative, and emotional-release techniques (including Ho'oponopono, the Sedona Method, breathwork, mindfulness, and ego work), a personal journal, and audio content.


3. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

Samadhi is educational and wellbeing-focused; it does not replace psychological therapy, psychiatric care, or medical advice. Some techniques (such as death contemplation, ancestral work, cold exposure, or higher-intensity breathwork) include additional in-app safety notices — please read them before practicing. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or serious medical symptoms, contact a doctor, therapist, or crisis line rather than relying on the app alone.


4. Premium Subscription

Some content (advanced techniques, longer guided audio, audiobooks, and the personalized transformation path) requires a paid Samadhi Premium subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not within the app itself.

5. User Accounts

You may use Samadhi as a guest, with data kept only on your device, or create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In to sync your progress across devices. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account.


6. Intellectual Property

The original content, technique descriptions, design, and branding of the app are the property of Digital App Consulting. Names and descriptions of traditional practices (e.g. Ho'oponopono, the Sedona Method, Buddhist meditations) are based on publicly available knowledge of these traditions and are not claimed as proprietary to the app.


7. Liability

Samadhi is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes from using the techniques included in the app. You use the app at your own risk.


Account Termination and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete Account. For permanent account and data deletion, as required by Apple and Google Store policies, you may also send a deletion request to support@digital-app-consulting.com. Upon request, all your active services will be cancelled and data removed.
