Privacy Policy for Snivo

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your email address and display name. We also keep your subscription status (managed through RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play) and technical error reports (error text, app version, platform) to fix crashes. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

2. Your Content

Screenshots you open are processed on your device. Unfinished edits are kept as local drafts on your device for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to capture or import an image.

3. AI Features

AI annotation suggestions: when you use this optional feature, the screenshot you are editing and an optional short hint are sent to our server, which forwards them to Google Gemini to generate suggested annotation steps. The result is returned to you; the image is not stored by us.

4. Optional Google Drive Copy

If you enable the optional Google Drive copy in Settings, exported files are copied to a folder in your own Google Drive. We do not access any other files in your Drive.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app: our backend host (Supabase), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google (sign-in, optional Drive copy and Gemini AI processing) and Apple (sign-in, payments).

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app, using the Delete account option in its menu or settings. You can also request deletion by email at support@digital-app-consulting.com. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
