When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your email address and display name. We also keep your subscription status (managed through RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play) and technical error reports (error text, app version, platform) to fix crashes. We do not use advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
PDF files are opened and edited on your device; edited copies are written to the app's private storage and shared only when you choose to. File access is used only for PDFs you pick.
AI summary: when you use this optional feature, text extracted from your document (up to the first part of the file) is sent to our server, which forwards it to Google Gemini to produce a summary. The result is returned to you; the text is not stored by us.
AI form filling: when you use this optional Pro feature, the details you type, the names of the form's fields and the beginning of the form's text are sent to our server, which forwards them to Google Gemini to match your details to the fields. The suggested values are returned to you to review; the data is not stored by us. Only enter details you are comfortable sending.
If you enable the optional Google Drive copy in Settings, exported files are copied to a folder in your own Google Drive. We do not access any other files in your Drive.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app: our backend host (Supabase), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google (sign-in, optional Drive copy and Gemini AI processing) and Apple (sign-in, payments).
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app, using the Delete account option in its menu or settings. You can also request deletion by email at support@digital-app-consulting.com. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
