When you authenticate with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive your email address and basic profile identifier. We also maintain subscription status through RevenueCat and platform stores (App Store & Google Play). We do not run third-party advertising trackers or ad networks.
Spacy accesses your microphone only when you explicitly start voice recording. Audio captures are processed using voice-activity detection (VAD) and transcribed verbatim. Audio files and generated text syntheses are linked strictly to your authenticated account and protected with PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS).
When generating note summaries, action item checklists, and conceptual tags, transcripts are securely transmitted to Google Gemini AI via server-side Supabase Edge Functions. Audio is never sold or used for public machine learning training.
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with essential infrastructure providers: Supabase (encrypted cloud database & auth), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google & Apple (authentication and store purchases), and Google Gemini (server-side text synthesis).
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, you may permanently delete your account and all associated voice notes, transcripts, and cloud records directly from the application settings (Account > Delete Account) or by emailing support@digital-app-consulting.com. Upon request, all data is purged within 30 days.
