When you use the SpotFit application, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and Health Data (such as workout history, calories burned, and fitness activities) to provide our fitness tracking services.
Your information is used to track your workouts, provide personalized fitness insights, process subscriptions, and provide customer support.
SpotFit accesses and collects Health Data (such as your physical activity, workout metrics, and body measurements) to help you track your fitness progress. We do not sell your Health Data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes. This data is processed securely and is strictly used to provide the app's core fitness functionality.
With your permission, we may collect precise location data to provide location-based features such as tracking outdoor running routes.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment gateways) only as necessary to provide our services.
We retain your personal data and Health Data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the SpotFit services. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data, including Health Data, will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. If you do not create an account, data is stored locally on your device and retained until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate an account deletion, you can delete your account directly within the app settings or send an email to support@digital-app-consulting.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days.
