1. Information We Collect

When you use the Syntropy application, we collect personal data that you provide, such as your user account information, Dream Logs, Voice Telemetry, and subscription status.


2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to provide and improve the features of Syntropy, including calculating daily entropy scores, analyzing dream logs, and securing your personal data within the app.


3. AI Data Processing & Third-Party Sharing

Syntropy offers features that utilize artificial intelligence to analyze your Dream Logs and Voice Telemetry. To power these features, we use a third-party AI service (Google Gemini, operated by Google LLC).

  • Explicit Consent: We will never send your data to the AI service without asking for your explicit permission first via an in-app consent dialog.
  • What is Shared: Only the specific text or logs you choose to analyze (such as a Dream Log or Voice Transcript) are sent to the AI service.
  • No Model Training: The data sent to Google Gemini is processed securely and is strictly not used by Google to train their AI models.

4. Location Data

Syntropy does not collect or require any precise location data to function.


5. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by sending an email to support@digital-app-consulting.com.


6. Account and Data Deletion (App Store Guidelines)

In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate an account deletion, please send an email to support@digital-app-consulting.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days.


7. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data, including user account information, Dream Logs, and Voice Telemetry, only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Syntropy services. If you choose to delete your account, all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days. We do not store your data beyond what is necessary to function, and any data sent to third-party AI services is not retained for model training.
