When you use the Modeo application, we collect basic account information such as your email address, along with your body measurements, wardrobe photos, style preferences, and any looks you choose to publish to Style Twin.
With your permission, Modeo accesses your camera or photo library so you can photograph your clothes and, optionally, submit a photo for AI-assisted body analysis to refine your body profile. This is optional, used solely to personalize outfit suggestions and your 3D avatar, and is never sold.
Looks you choose to publish to Style Twin are visible to other users as part of that feature. You control what you publish, and can remove published looks at any time from within the app.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as our backend host, AI processing partners, and affiliate retail partners for shopping features) only as necessary to provide our services.
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To initiate an account deletion, please send an email to support@digital-app-consulting.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days.
