By accessing and using the Modeo application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Modeo provides an AI stylist, digital wardrobe, 3D try-on, and a Style Twin community feature, along with curated shopping recommendations from partner retailers.
Modeo may earn a commission when you purchase products through links to partner retailers shown in the app. This does not affect the price you pay.
You are responsible for the looks and content you publish to Style Twin. Content must not be offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, and we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Modeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our application, including outcomes related to purchases made through partner retailer links.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time. For permanent account and data deletion, as required by Apple and Google Store policies, you must send a deletion request to support@digital-app-consulting.com. Upon request, all your active services will be cancelled and data removed.
