Terms of Service & EULA for Playvanta

1. Acceptance of Terms & EULA

By downloading, installing, or using Playvanta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.


2. Service & Legal Audio Sources Description

Playvanta is a 100% legal, cross-platform media player allowing users to stream and organize their own personal audio files from personal cloud drives (Google Drive, Dropbox), play local files, listen to public internet radio stations via the Radio Browser community, and listen to free public podcasts via Podcast Index. Users are strictly responsible for ensuring they possess lawful ownership or listening rights to audio files stored in their personal cloud accounts.


3. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Playvanta on your devices (smartphones, tablets, and paired smartwatches). You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute the application's binary code.


4. Subscriptions & Billing (Playvanta Pro)

Playvanta offers an optional premium subscription ("Playvanta Pro") unlocking unlimited offline downloads, smartwatch transfers, and premium equalizers:

  • Pricing: $12.99 / month or $69.99 / year (or equivalent in local currencies).
  • Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play Store account settings.
  • Restoring Purchases: You may restore active entitlements on any device by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button in the subscription paywall.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Playvanta is provided "AS IS". While we endeavor to provide maximum uptime and high-fidelity audio playback, third-party cloud APIs (Google Drive, Dropbox) and public radio stream servers are subject to their respective network availability.
