When you register or sign in via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we collect your email address, profile identifier, and career information you choose to enter (work experience, education, skills, and target job postings). We also track subscription statuses securely via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
Your resume drafts, cover letters, pitch decks, and interview preparation scenarios are processed securely and stored encrypted in our Supabase backend under strict Row Level Security (RLS) linked only to your authenticated account.
When you submit a job posting for ATS Radar analysis or resume tailoring, relevant job requirements and your career profile are processed through Google Gemini AI via server-side Edge Functions. Your personal career details are never used for public AI training models.
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared exclusively with necessary service providers: Supabase (encrypted cloud database & authentication), RevenueCat (subscription processing), Google & Apple (authentication and store billing), and Google Gemini (server-side resume generation).
In full compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, you may permanently delete your account and all associated resumes, pitch decks, and profile data directly within the app settings or by contacting support@digital-app-consulting.com. All associated records will be permanently erased within 30 days.
