Terms of Service & EULA for Resie CV

1. Acceptance of Terms & End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Resie CV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the application.


2. Service Description

Resie CV is an executive career intelligence and resume tailoring platform providing automated job posting parsing, ATS match scoring, personalized CV and pitch deck creation, interview preparation modules, and multi-format document exports (.docx, .pptx, PDF).


3. License Grant & Permitted Use

Digital App Consulting grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Resie CV strictly for personal, non-commercial career development purposes on mobile devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based upon Resie CV or any portion of its software.


4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Auto-Renewal Terms)

Resie CV may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Resie PRO) granting unlimited tailored resume generations, full ATS optimization reports, editable Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) exports, and multi-market standard formats.

  • Billing & Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.
  • Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage, modify, or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time directly in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Turning off auto-renew prevents charges for the subsequent cycle; active subscription periods remain accessible until the end of the paid term.
  • Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Resie CV in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You shall not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, or deploy automated bots, scrapers, or exploits against our systems.


6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Resie CV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to optimize resume relevance and ATS scores, Digital App Consulting does not guarantee employment offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes.


7. Account Termination and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time within the application settings where available. For permanent account and personal data deletion, as required by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, you may submit a deletion request to support@digital-app-consulting.com. Upon request, all active account data and cloud records will be permanently erased.
