Terms of Service & EULA - Digital App Consulting

1. Acceptance of Terms & License Agreement

By browsing this website, requesting services, downloading, installing, or using any mobile applications published by Digital App Consulting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or applications.

2. Scope of Services

Digital App Consulting provides bespoke software development, mobile application design, UI/UX consulting, and digital products available across the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and web platforms.

3. License Grant & Intellectual Property

Digital App Consulting grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our services and install our mobile applications strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control, in accordance with applicable platform rules.

All source code, designs, logos, software algorithms, graphics, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital App Consulting. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based upon our software.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain applications in our portfolio offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions and premium features granting unlimited or extended functionality:

• Billing: Payments are processed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current subscription period at the specified rate.
• Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and software applications in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You shall not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, or deploy automated bots, scrapers, or exploits against our systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our website, applications, and consulting services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital App Consulting and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.

7. Account Termination and Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may cease using our services or request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support@digital-app-consulting.com. All active cloud data will be erased in accordance with platform policies.
