Project Overview

Forest Atlas is a mushroom identification guide and private foraging map for anyone who walks into the woods and wants to come back safely. Point the camera at a mushroom to get the most likely species, its key features, and a clear edibility verdict with warnings about dangerous lookalikes. A private, on-device map lets foragers pin their own spots without ever sharing them, and the illustrated species atlas and core database work fully offline, deep in the forest.
