By accessing and using the Forest Atlas application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Forest Atlas provides a mushroom identification guide, edibility reference, and private foraging map for educational and informational purposes.
Forest Atlas is a learning and reference tool. No app can replace an expert mycologist. You must never eat, prepare, or otherwise consume any mushroom identified only through the application. Always have wild mushrooms verified in person by a qualified expert before consumption.
Users agree to use the application responsibly and acknowledge that foraging carries inherent risks, including serious illness or death from misidentification.
Forest Atlas and Digital App Consulting are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or other damages resulting from the identification, foraging, preparation, or consumption of any mushroom based on information provided by the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time. For permanent account and data deletion, as required by Apple and Google Store policies, you must send a deletion request to support@digital-app-consulting.com. Upon request, all your active services will be cancelled and data removed.
